Formerly known as Neal's Yard, the store retains its heritage connection with Neal's Yard as a partner and stockist while introducing a fresh brand identity. The rebranding effort extends beyond the name change and includes a complete interior design overhaul that aligns with the new brand ethos.

The interior design is a visual representation of Balm's new brand identity, incorporating the colours, textures, and elements that convey the store's commitment to natural and holistic wellness. The colour palette will incorporate calming and natural tones, evoking a sense of tranquility, trustworthiness, and well-being.

To align with the brand's commitment to sustainability, eco-friendly and natural materials were used in the interior design. Reused, reclaimed, or upcycled elements were integrated into the store's decor to showcase a dedication to environmental consciousness.
